

Angel's and Devil's WindsI awoke the third time at gun-point, this time I was bound and gagged. I was in the back of a carriage, and couldnt see where I was going. I only knew they didnt gag you to buy you a drink. I rolled from the wagon, tumbling down the dirt road. After nearly an hour I managed to free my hand, and then quickly undid my constraints. I followed the direction of the dirt road, only now gaining my surroundings. It was a large thick swamp, with no other way to pass besides the road itself. After traveling two or three days, tracking two or three dozen miles I finally passed out, unable to continue. I awoke to hearing a growling sound, and my soul neaAngel's and Devil's Winds


How it began"When I first met Lenore it was five years ago, at a little saloon near a goldmine. He was serving drinks, the little wide-eyed scamp. He had no family to raise him, and his father's friend landed him the job out of pity. He seemed to do his job well enough, despite being so young, though he was so shy he never once spoke. After spending two days resting in this settlement my pursuers had caught wind of me, and a two day long gunfight ensued. I myself was suprised at how long I lasted, considering the odds were twenty-three to one. All of the patrons had managed to escape, though my pal the bartender lay dead - a bullet-mark between his eyes.How it began
